Dear Reader, first of all I would like to thank you for visiting this site. This visit exemplifies that you are making an effort to help yourself, your inner self, the core of your living, your Soul.

Since the day we were born, we have been struggling, as a new-born we struggled to nuzzle our first meal, after a few months we were struggling to turn on our bed, then to sit, then to stand,  eat, walk, talk…. Later we were sent to school and another phase of our struggle began. In between these struggles were the struggle to show our self better than our kin or the next door kid… then we grew up, went to college and again the struggle to find a ‘respectable’ profession, earn a nice living, getting married, settling down with a family, kids, their upbringing……

Have we lost out on something? Oh yeah, we forgot to think about ourselves, about what we actually wanted from our life, or did we have the time to take out to think about our life at all?

Your making an effort to read all this is a sign, a good sign, that indicates that finally you have taken a few moments from your ‘busy schedule’ to find peace, to motivate yourself, to help yourself, to think about  the good things in your life.

Dear Reader, I am an avid reader since the age of eight years and from every book I have read whether it was a classic like Robinson Crusoe or The Alchemist or if it was a detective story of Nancy Drew or it was a romantic book from Mills and Boons, I learned a lesson. I believe that every piece of literature teaches us something good, it is just that we need to sieve the good from the rest.

When we read something good and keep it in our mind, it helps us to be strong in our weakest of moments and to be rooted to ground in our high moments. Again, we are just human and our brain cannot always remember all the things that we read or hear and this, my dear Reader, is the REASON why I decided to make this website - To help you remember the good things in life, to help you to go on the path that will not only gain you success in your professional and personal life but also help you refresh your mind, body and soul; So that at the end of day you will be a happy person.

I hope I get success in this endeavour and bring smile on the face of each and every follower of HealthyThoughts.in.
