Set your goals high enough to inspire you and low enough to encourage you.
Setting goal is very important in life. It gives us impetus to work harder and be successful in life.
For example, setting a goal like waking up early in the morning, say 5am normally is a small thing but for a late riser is a big deal. Again if the person is in the habit of rising a 9am than he should first set target to rise at 7am and gradually reach his ultimate goal by say fifteen days time.
In this way by setting a high goal and dividing it into parts not only inspires you but also motivates you and thus gives best results.
